If you are not satisfied with your diapers, return them, in new condition, with the order copy, within 30 days, for an exchange or refund. Items which have been used or laundered cannot be returned. Items must be returned in the original condition.

For all other items, we offer this same guarantee, plus a 30 day warranty against defects.  Any items deemed to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
